ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS OF THE 5TH ELEMENT IT IS WITH GREAT PLEASURE I ANNOUNCE THE FOLLOWING PROMOTIONS 1st. Captain SBD Is henceforth promoted from rank of Captain to LTC {Lieutenant Colonel} 2nd.
